Lonnie G. Garcia

Garcia Mathis, Texas Lonnie G. Garcia, age 30, passed away October 19, 2013. He was born December 4, 1982 in Taft, Texas to Felipe P. and Alicia G. Garcia. He leaves behind a wife, three children, parents, a sister, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends whom he adored. Lonnie enjoyed spending time at the beach any chance he could get. He was a very devout music fan and an avid card player. He also really enjoyed playing pool and fishing. Above all, he was the Karaoke King and was known to make anybody he could laugh and put a little bit of sunshine in their day. He will be missed terribly by all that knew and treasured him. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer T. Garcia; son, Lonnie T. Garcia, II; two step sons, Elijah Trevino and Preston Trevino; parents Felipe P. and Alicia G. Garcia; one sister Amy G. Tanguma. A prayer service was held Tuesday October 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services were Wednesday October 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Primera Iglesia Bautista.
