Teresa Lara Gutierrez

Teresa Lara Gutierrez, age 58, passed away February 17, 2014. She was born May 4, 1955 in Mathis to Tranquilyno and Genovena Lara. She is survived by four daughters, Sabrina Saldana of Elmendorf, Texas, Frances Echavarria of Mathis, Melissa Lara Corpus Christi and Drucilla Olivares of Corpus Christi, three sisters Rosalinda Rascon of Mathis, Esperanza Cuevas of Pearsall and Janie Vela of Tynan, nine brothers, Antonio Lara of Mathis, Mariano Lara of Corpus Christi, Tranquilyno Lara, Jr. of Mathis, Jesus Lara of Mathis, Luis Lara of Beeville, Augustin Lara of Mathis, Juan Lara of Mathis, Jose Lara of Sinton and Jerry Lara of Mathis, 10 grandchildren. A rosary will be recited Friday February 21, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated Saturday February 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Descanso Eterno No. 2 Cemetery.
