T.G. Glen Edge

T.G. 'Glen' Edge passed away December 26, 2014. He was born January 21, 1924 in Edge Falls, Texas to Thomas Franklin and Una Edge. Mr. Edge was a lifelong farmer and rancher and also retired from Tenneco after thirty years of service. He served in the Navy during WWII, was a Master Mason for over sixty-five years and most of all, he was a loving husband and daddy. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. Mr. Edge is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Jewell; Two daughters; Glennis Edge (Gary) Cunningham of Mathis and Deborah Edge (Michael) Wisecarver of Ridgecrest, California. One sister; Mary Gracedel of Bastrop, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family present will be December 30, 2014 from 4 to 7 P.M. at Dobie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 A.M. December 31,2014 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Interment with military honors will follow in Cenizo Hill Cemetery.
