She touched and sculpted many lives as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, professor and friend.
Ann was a strong Irish Catholic woman who adored her family and heritage. She always said her greatest accomplishment was giving birth to her 6 children. She could tell countless stories of the family history. Music always surrounded her; she loved Texas Country and good old Irish fight songs. Her mind was so strong and she loved sharing her knowledge and experiences. She was graceful and pious. Always ready to help when ever needed. Her smile and laughter were contagious and always changed the energy of the room. She will be missed but never forgotten.
“May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. And rains fall soft upon your fields. May you be two days in heaven before the devil knows your gone.”
