Apolonio G Gaitan

Mr. Apolonio G. Gaitan went to be with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. He was born on November 25, 1935 in Seguin, Texas to Miguel and Justina Gaitan. Mr. Gaitan is preceded in death by his Parents; Wife, Paula Gaitan; Sister, Guadalupe (Victor) Padilla; Brothers, Luciano (Frances) Gaitan, Reymundo Gaitan.

Left to cherish Mr. Gaitan's everlasting memory are his Daughter, Delma (Ismael) Chapa; Sons, David (Adela R.) Gaitan, Daniel (Maria) Gaitan; Eight Grandchildren, David Gaitan Jr, Raquel Lombard, Donna Salazar, Ricardo Gaitan, C.J Lopez, Justin Lopez, Bradyn Lopez, Anissa Chapa; 16 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Abel (Olivia) Gaitan; Sister in Law, Isabel Gaitan.

Pallbearers will be David Gaitan Jr., Ricardo Gaitan, C.J. Lopez, Justin Lopez, Bradyn Lopez, Roland Torres.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Raquel Lombard, Donna Salazar, Anissa Chapa.

Visitation for Mr. Gaitan will be at 2:00 pm and Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Dobie Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will at 10:00 am on Monday, January 15, 2024 at Sacred Heart Church followed by interment at Descanso Eterno Cemetery in Mathis, Texas.
