Belia Solis

Belia Soto Solis, 70 was welcomed into God's loving arms. She was born to Juan and Celia Soto in Artesia, New Mexico on October 19, 1940. She passed away Monday, March 21, 2011. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents. She also was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Texas.
Belia is survived by her husband Alfonso Solis Jr.; her son Alfonso (Elena) Solis; her daughters Imelda (Joe) Lopez, Alma (Veronica) Solis, Edna (Dena) Solis all of Gregory, TX; her brother Santos (Esmeralda) Soto of Aransas Pass, TX; sisters Elida Moreno and Juanita (Jesus) Martinez of Sinton, TX; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank Spohn Shoreline 6th Floor and the nurses and staff of Healing Touch Home Health for caring for Belia Solis during her final days.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Thursday, March 24, 2011 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory. Burial to follow at the Gregory Cemetery.
