Deborah Kay Palmer

Deborah Kay (D.K.) Palmer of Mathis, Texas entered Eternal Rest on May 04, 2023 after a long fight with Lung Cancer. Deborah K. was born on September 3, 1956 to Ray Howard Palmer and Nina Davenport in East St. Louis, Illinois.

She worked for Red Lobster in Illinois then transferred to Corpus Christi, Texas in 1981. She then moved to Port Aransas, Texas and worked in the service industry at Bobby Rays Tortuga Flats. She also worked in Hotel and Condo Management at Seaside Inn, Aransas Harbor.

Deborah loved cats, casinos, and pina coladas. She never met a stranger, was always joyful, caring and loved helping others.

Deborah Kay left great memories for many to cherish including her Last Long Love, Kent Stogsdill; Extended Supportive Family, Chris (Samatha) Stogsdill, Jeremy (Samantha) Stogsdill; Friends,Theresa Rice, Pat Stogsdill, Debbie Boult, Janie Taylor, Connie Sneed, Debbie Dault, Dana Flores.

She is now flying high with Angels!
