Edward Carroll Coatney

Mr. Edward Carroll Coatney, born March 17, 1933 in Monett, Missouri. He passed away February 9, 2021. He served in the US Army, 1950-1959, serving in the Korean War before being honorably discharged. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sidney Ruth Coatney; His Parents, Morris Britton Coatney and Mary Elizabeth Coatney; Sisters, Oleta Bohanan, Helen Tolbert; Iolene Owens. He is survived by his Daughter, Diana (Rick) Encinia; Sons, Edward (Sandra) Coatney, Mark (Jennifer) Coatney, Darrell Coatney; Brother, James (Betty) Coatney; Sisters, Donna (Larry) Nichols, Wanda Woods; 14 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Dobie Funeral Home followed by Interment at Cenizo Hill Cemetery in Mathis, Texas.
