Elias Garza

Elias Garza gained his angel wings on August 12, 2021. He was born April 25, 1930 in Derby, Texas to late Manuela Del Toro Garza and Gavino Garza. Elias lived most of his life in Gregory, Texas.

He worked as a farmer for the McKamey Ranch, later going to work as a long shoreman. He worked years with Bill Johnson and finally going to work with J.M. Davidson, where he retired in 2011.

He was preceded in death by his wife Antonia Garza. He is survived by one daughter, Sylvia G. Wood (Charles) and two sons, Elias Garza Jr. and Jose Garza (Michelle), 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, sisters Teresa Moreno and Guadalupe Garza.
