Elizabeth Bordayo Paiz

Matthew 25:23 His Lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.   Elizabeth Bordayo Paiz, age 68, passed away September 3, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas.   She was born on November 6, 1949 in Mathis, Texas to the late Guillermo and Amalia Perez Bordayo.  Elizabeth retired from Bank of America after 23 years of service.  Her love for God, Life and family is what drove her daily to continue fighting the battle she fought so bravely.  You were a blessing to those who had the opportunity to meet you, an example of God's mercy to those who know and love you so much.  You will be greatly missed.   She is preceded in death by her son Ramon Guillermo Bordayo, two nephews, Jason R. Quiroz and Michael Anthony Bordayo, her grandmother, Maria Guajardo Munoz, sister Ermelinda Bordayo Garcia and brother Reynaldo Perez Bordayo.    Survivors include two daughters, Yvette Bordayo and Molly Paiz, her siblings, Elda (Fermin) Armendariz, Raymundo (Adriana) Bordayo, Elia Cuevas, Erlinda (Juan) Quiroz  and Roberto Bordayo, many nieces, nephews and family friends who loved her dearly.   Visitation will begin on Friday September 7 at 3 p.m. at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel.  A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Friday September 7 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday September 8 at Calvary Mennonite Church.  Burial will follow in the Tom Mathis Cemetery.
