Gilbert Farias

Gilbert Farias, went home to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 in Mathis, Texas at the age of 66. He was born in Ellis County, Tx on October 1, 1955 to Yecid and Maria G. Farias. Preceded in death by both of his Parents; 1 Brother Lucas Farias, and 1 Sister Lydia Farias. 

Left to cherish his memory are: his Wife Esmeralda V. Farias, 2 Sons Gilbert Farias Jr, Marcelo Farias; 1 Daughter Marisol Farias; 2 Sisters Elvira Montelongo, Sylvia Trevino; 3 Brothers Jesse Farias, Joe Farias, Juan Farias; Numerous Grandchildren. 

Pallbearers: Sebastian Hernandez, Marcelo Farias, Carlos Rivas, Lucas Farias Jr., Yecid Farias, David Brandenburg.

Visitation will be at 2pm and Rosary will be at 7pm on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Dobie Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10am on Monday, October 3, 2022 at Sacred Heart Church in Mathis, Texas followed by interment to Descanso Eterno II.
