Guadalupe Sanchez

Guadalupe L. Sanchez, 82 went to be with our heavenly father on Friday, July 8, 2011. She was born on June 17, 1929 in Gregory, TX to Felipe and Josefina Lucio.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Anselmo G. Sanchez, and her son Anselmo Sanchez, Jr.
The family she leaves to cherish her memories are her children: Adolfo (Yolanda) Sanchez of Portland, TX; Alfredo (Bonnie) Sanchez of Porum, OK; Janie (Aviel) Gonzalez of Ingleside, TX; Dora (Bobby) Villarreal of Gregory, TX; Antonio (Bernice) Sanchez of Gregory, TX; her four brothers: Elias, Felipe, Juan, and Jesse; her three sisters: Cecilia, Irene, and Fransica. She was also blessed with 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation for friends will be from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Limbaugh Funeral Home in Portland, Texas with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, July 11, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Church of Gregory, Texas. Interment will follow at the Gregory Cemetery in Gregory, Texas. The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to all those individuals at TriSun Nursing Home and Dr. George Benavidez for all their support during this journey.
