Javier Salinas passed away January 6, 2019. He was born January 6, 1965 in Mathis, Texas to Severo and Maria Salinas Sr. Mr. Salinas was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Salinas. Mr. Salinas is survived by his wife; Sylvia; 1 daughter; Carolina Salinas; 2 sons; Javier Salinas Jr. and Jose Luis Salinas; 2 sisters; Imelda (Ralph) Martinez and Criselda (Roel) Robles;4 brothers; Hector (Linda) Salinas; Rene (Lucy) Salinas, Richard Salinas and Albert Salinas. Also numerous nieces and nephews. A rosary will be recited 7 p.m. January 9, 2019 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. January 10, 2019 at Sacred Heart Church. Interment will follow in Descanso Eterno II Cemetery. Pallbearers are; Rene Salinas, Hector Salinas, Richard Salinas, James Salinas, Christopher Via Franco and Ralph Martinez.
