Lyudmyla Paranish

Lyudmyla V. Paranish, 58, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on 22 January 2023, in the company of her beloved husband.

 

Lyudmyla was born on 21 April 1964 in Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine. She immigrated to San Antonio, Texas in September 2005. Her and her husband have resided in Portland, Texas since 2020.

 

Lyudmyla has been a devoted Christian since 1991. She taught Sunday school at the church she attended. Her desire to spread the Gospel gave her the opportunity to travel to surrounding villages and small towns in the in Zaporizhzhya region with a ministry team to share the Word of God. Lyudmyla is also a graduate of Zaporizhzhya Bible College and Seminary (ZBCS). Lyudmyla and her husband served alongside one another sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 2005.

 

To her children she was:

 

The greatest of women that has ever lived

Will be celebrated rather than grieved

She'll always be present, not leaving our side

The one that shines brightest

Always being our guide

Our hearts might feel sorrow

Yet still we find peace

That we'll see her again when our earthly lives cease.

She was a mother, a wife and friend, she will be cherished even at the end. 

She turned a man’s darkest days into beautiful sunshine rays.

She brought joy and laughter to everyone she met.

She is survived by her husband Keith, her children Dennis and Jennifer, five grandchildren, Brendon, Xander, Jayda, Kyle, and Lyla, three great grandchildren, Chandler, Harleigh, and Stetson, and her beloved Beagles, Buddy and Sonya.

                                                           

Her viewing and celebration of life service will be held at Winsteads’ Funeral Home located at 500 Wildcat Dr, Portland, Texas on Friday 3 February 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM. With the service to follow at 10:00AM. Her graveside service will be held at Palms Memorial Garden Cemetery in Portland.

 

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lyudmyla Paranish Memorial Fund. Donations should be made payable to KPEM INC, PO Box 34478 San Antonio, Texas, 78265.
