Michael Lee Cox

Michael Lee Cox was born on September 14, 1974 in Stockton, California to Buddy and Marilyn Grant Cox. He graduated from North Bend High School in 1992. After high school he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served from August 4, 1992 – October 3, 2001. 

Michael married Alma Trevino in 2003. Together they had a son Michael Bryan Cox. 

He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers Bryan Cox and Wesley Cox, grandparents Denzil Cox and Loretta Cox. He is survived by his parents Buddy and Marilyn; his wife Alma; son Michael; mother-in-law Isidora Trevino; daughter Amber Trevino; brother-in-law Freddy Trevino Jr.; 5 grandchildren Arnulfo Medina III, Alina Medina, Adela Trevino, Eviana & Eric Trevino; and grandparents Jim and Sandi Rogers. 

A special thanks to Uncle Robert and Aunt Mary Jane Garcia for all of their dedication, visitations, and prayers. 

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 1:00pm at the Coastal Bend State Veterans cemetery in Corpus Christi.
