Preciliano Sabedra

Preciliano (Percy) Sabedra was born on January 4, 1923 in Gregory, Texas.   He departed this earth to be with his Lord on November 5, 2014. Preciliano was a lifetime member of Immaculate Conception Church and member of the Knights of Columbus in which he served as a district deputy.  He retired from Reynolds Metals after 33 years.  He served in the U.S. Army in both the European and Pacific Theaters during WWII.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Brigida Sabedra and 5 children:  Nelda S. Garcia (Gilbert) Corpus Christi; Oscar R. Sabedra (Barbara) San Antonio; Rene H. Sabedra (Barbara) Dallas; Ida S. Garcia (Frank) Pasadena; Vanessa S. Ashcraft (Mark) Leander, and four grandchildren:  Jeremy Garcia, Isabella, Matthew and Marissa Sabedra.

Visitation will be held from 12:00-9:00 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home with the rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. the same day. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., November 8, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory, Texas with burial to follow at the Gregory Cemetery.
