Rebecca Ramirez August 20, 1960 – February 20, 2023
Her stop on earth wasn’t easy, however, just like our Lord, sent His Son to offer us salvation, the Lord also sent our family, a little white lamb to teach us about the many gifts that HE offers by way of what my sister teaches us.
Throughout her life challenges and vulnerabilities, she taught us so many valuable lessons. Rebecca’s life was about love, beauty, kindness, insight, perspective, and patience. When in her presence, you could only see these attributes. Via these virtues, she showed us how to live vicariously through her countenance.
Through her eyes, we learned to see the “Beauty” in everything GOD has surrounded us with, as there is always beauty to be found everywhere. She helped us experience the intricacies of every glorious detail, daily.
The things that most of us take for granted.
Through her innocence, she taught us “Insight”. She reminded us that our problems are really not problems. We should be grateful for everything that GOD gives us; life is fragile.
Through her good nature she taught us “Kindness”, and “Perspective” along with wisdom to help us see past what she could not do, but, what she could do.
Through her disabilities she also taught us “Patience”. We learned what it takes to nurture so completely, as caring for our Angel, took depth and dedication.
Ultimately, throughout her life, she taught us “Love”, unconditional love…..
Rebecca, loved us with all her heart, as we loved her from the moment each one of us met her.
Rebecca was, is, and always will be,
Our Precious gift from GOD, a true inspiration to all of us, she is “The Wind Beneath our Wings”.
She has joyfully been reborn in heaven, and thus, we will not mourn her death, but choose to celebrate her life.
She is like a rainbow after the rain, an eternal sign from GOD that there exists a real “Over the Rainbow”, and we will meet again.
On Her “First day in Heaven”, she was met by many loved ones, in particular, those closest to her whom preceded her. She welcomed them with open arms.
She is now with her beloved father, Alejandro J Ramírez, and her younger sister, Marcella Grove.
Rebecca is survived by her mother, Ninfa V Ramírez, her sisters, Rosalia (Leah) Rue-Stroupe & Bob Stroupe, Adriana (Audrey) Montana & Pete Montana, Anna (PJ) Ramirez-Yanez & Dave Yanez, and one brother, Alejandro X Ramírez (Alex). She leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
