Richard Lamar Beall, 61, of Woodsboro, Texas, died May 27, 2021. 

Richard was born on July 31, 1959, to Charles Ti Beall and Jodell Tullos Beall in Beeville, TX. In 1969, He was baptised and became a member of the Church of Christ.  He married Kellie Hollan in George West, August 1991.   He was a son, cowboy, rancher, husband, father, and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ti, and brother Charlie Ti.  Survivors include his mother Jodell, wife Kellie, two children Lacie Jo and Lamar Ti, many friends, family, extended family, and his uber driver Walter.  Richard moved with his parents and brother from Mathis to Woodsboro in 1973. He took over running the Welder-McCan Ranch in 1985 and later McFaddin Enterprises, where he spent 36 years doing what he loved.  He loved being a cowboy, fisherman, hunter, and storyteller and watching Lacie Jo and Ti at their rodeos. He never missed an opportunity to watch Ti on the football field.  He was an “icon.”  He liked a challenge and appreciated a good animal.  He took pride in having a photographic memory.  He remembered every horse or cow he had ever seen. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.  

Visitation: Thursday, June 3, 2021 5:00-8:00 P.M. 

Church Service: Friday, June 4, 2021 at 3 P.M. Brush Country Cowboy Church, George West, Texas

Meal following at GW VFW Event Center 1994 HWY 281 George West, TX 78022

 

Burial will be at Lagarto Cemetery at a later date.
