Timoteo Montes "Tim" Rivera

Timoteo (Tim) M. Rivera, 42, of Gregory, Texas was called to be with the Lord on July 19, 2012.
Tim was a devout Catholic and active parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory. He was also a member of the Devine Mercy Apostles. Tim volunteered his time to different charities within the church. Tim was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents Enrique & Maria Rivera.
Tim leaves behind his wife and best friend of 24 years Cynthia Ortiz Rivera; two daughters Andrea Ortiz Rivera, Stephanie "June Bug" Rivera; two sons Christopher (Cassandra) Ortiz Rivera, Marcos Andrew Ortiz Rivera; his grandbabies Christopher Anthony Ortiz II, David Guerro, and Sophia June Ortiz; his beloved dog Jack; brother Enrique (Carmen) Rivera; 3 sisters Mary Ann Hernandez, Sylvia (Oscar) Rivera, and Rachel (Joe) Hernandez, father & mother in law Guadalupe & Elvteria Ortiz; 7 brothers-in-law; 4 sisters-in-law; and goddaughter Skylan Rivera.
Visitation will be from 12:00 - 9:00 PM, Sunday July 22, 2012 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM that same evening.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 23, 2012 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory, Texas. Interment to follow at the Gregory Cemetery.
